THE EXHIBITION

Immerse yourself in a thought-provoking exploration of youth movements from the past five decades. Did Woodstock serve as the spark for transformation? Or are we guided to believe that Youth holds the key to it all? 

 

The journey unfolds on the ground floor, commencing with the inception of Woodstock. Delve into its evolution, the chaos, the mess and the progress of youth at Woodstock. 

 

The walls are composed using the letterforms of the word 'youth,' each adorned with captivating collages and impactful text narratives. This arrangement creates a maze-like effect, enveloping each individual in a rich, immersive experience within the exhibition. The youth logo has been artfully integrated and continues throughout the exhibition, providing a clear path along the walls.

THE LOGO

The logo is formed from the simple idea Youth. It incorporates three orange lines can be interpreted both as an “E” and “=“ symbol. The “=“ is the idea of youth equalling the catalyst for change with the “E” adding the additional word “the”. This dual interpretation invites viewers to contemplate it in two ways: 'You = Catalyst for Change' and 'Youth = Catalyst For Change.' This clever play on words fosters a thought-provoking exploration.
